高校教学管理要实现“三化”

要想提高教学管理工作的有效性,就必须充分认识到教学管理工作的内在规律,深刻理解教学管理工作的根本任务、目的与基本方法。实现教学管理的科学化、人性化和信息化是高校教学工作、教学管理工作发展的必然要求,也是高校提高教育质量的基本保证。     

扎实推进科技创新 为现代渔业建设提供强大科技支撑

新中国成立以来,我国渔业科技体系的形成与发展经历了四个阶段,在不同发展阶段,渔业科技创新推动了渔业生产的长足发展,拓展了渔业生产水域,提高了渔业水域利用率和劳动生产率,开发出新的资源,培育出新的品种,促进渔业生产方式的变革。我国渔业科技事业飞速发展的基本经验是:坚持科学技术是第一生产力,高度重视水产科技事业;坚持产业导向,促进水产科技与生产的紧密结合;坚持立足国情,突出自主创新;坚持科技体制机制的改革创新,促进和谐发展。在新的历史时期,我国渔业科技工作者重任在肩,要按照党中央、国务院的要求,深入学习实践科学发展观,扎实开展渔业科技创新工作,为现代渔业建设提供强大科技支撑。     

基于管理学“五要素”的高校教学管理工作解析

面向21世纪的中国教育,特别是高等教育,要把培养创新型人才的创新教育作为教育工作的重点和方向。本文将从高校教学管理的宏观基础理论———管理学的视角切入,进行＂要素化＂分析,建立高校教学管理工作的基本理论与实践框架。     

Process innovation laboratory: a new approach to business process innovation based on enterprise information systems

Most organizations today are required not only to operate effective business processes but also to allow for changing business conditions at an increasing rate. Today nearly every business relies on their enterprise information systems (EIS) for process integration and future generations of EIS will increasingly be driven by business process models. Consequently business process modelling and improvement is becoming a serious challenge. The aim of this paper is to establish a conceptual framework for business process innovation (BPI) in the supply chain based on advanced EIS. The challenge is thus to create a new methodology for developing and exploring process models and applications. The paper outlines the process innovation laboratory (Π-Lab) as a new approach to BPI. The Π-Lab is a comprehensive framework and a collaborative workspace for experimenting with process models. The Π-Lab facilitates innovation by using an integrated action learning approach to process modelling in a controlled environment. The study is based on design science and the paper also discusses the implications to EIS research and practice.     

中国民航软科学投入有效性及应用情况分析

以中国民航2009—2012年结题的86个软科学项目作为研究对象,在采用问卷调查方法分析项目成果应用情况的基础上,应用数据包络分析法（DEA）研究了民航软科学研究投入的有效性,得出民航软科学研究存在投入非有效性的结论。最后,分析中国民航软科学研究中存在的问题。     

Systems science serves enterprise integration: a tutorial

Enterprise integration is a major global challenge of these times. It is now possible for a new generation of practitioners to engage this challenge selectively by applying a recently articulated version of systems science (WSS). This tutorial paper argues that a half-century of disarray of the systems field can be seen as ending; and that the distillation of WSS to support a wide variety of application areas (in this instance, enterprise integration) can occupy practitioners as they harness the work program of complexity (WPOC) selectively. Carrying out the WPOC yields predictable portfolio components, consisting of a well-defined mix of tangible and intangible products. The three causes of poor intellectual productivity identified by Kenneth Boulding are nullified when appropriate role matching is achieved between WSS and enterprise integration.

“SWEEPING THE HEAVENS FOR A COMET”: WOMEN,THE LANGUAGE OF POLITICAL ECONOMY,AND HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE US

Abstract

The importance of increased levels of education in improving the status of women throughout the world is well established. Higher levels of education are associated with lower birth rates, higher incomes, and greater autonomy for women. Yet, women's struggle to have a voice in higher education has been fraught with difficulties in the US and worldwide, particularly in overcoming widely held perceptions that limit their entrance into certain academic fields, tenured positions, and elite universities. This essay examines the role political economy has played in providing narratives that rationalize women's limited participation in higher education. By examining the representation of women in the academic culture of the nineteenth- and twentieth-century US, we can perhaps better understand women's struggle to obtain an authoritative voice in higher education worldwide.

关于“标准科学”的再思考

标准化是一门学科还是科学的讨论，始于上世纪七十年代初期。由于至今尚无公论，于是跨世纪的讨论仍在持续。文章从中国科技史人手对标准化的发展历程进行追溯，并重新提出对标准科学研究的思考。以期通过对标准科学研究问题的重新提出，摆脱曾经因名称而困扰我们研究的误区，即“持方枘而内圆凿，其能人乎？”同时，在新的更高起点上，去寻找新的立足点。
